The ability to communicate, plan and manage golf course improvement projects is an important role of the superintendent. The golf course requires constant reviews and adjustments to maintain top conditions. 

At Squires I successfully developed and implemented multi-year Master Improvement Plan. Some of the project included 82 complete bunkers using Capillary Concrete liners, 8 tee complexes, 3 greens re-contouring, and multiple fairway drainage projects
